Winload.exe error while installing windows vista on another partition?

I want to install windows Vista on the second hard drive, install went on properly until the startup to boot into the new vista, then the message” windows did not start correctly” was delivered by windows boot manager. It said that, file\windows\system\winload.exe could not be loaded, status – 0xc000000f was the error number. Please tell me how to fix it, I have already tried chkdsk, but it does not work, any other way out?

Winload.exe loading error signifies that there is something wrong with the application i.e. it has either got corrupted or is missing. Probable cause behind such corruption is hidden applications and virus components that tend to destroy system components, and thus you should rely upon perfect uninstaller for removal of unwanted applications, so that your system remains safe and proficient always. In order to correct it you need to execute recovery tools from windows vista.
• First restart your computer
• At boot time, press Del (or F2, F10 depending on the option specified for startup)
• From boot options menu, set priority of boot device to CD/DVD disk
• From recovery CD, choose repair and for correcting it will ask” your windows installation requires repair” click on yes, following this, winload.exe error gets solved.
