What does error CF mean and how to resolve it?

My canon digital camera, model 350d is giving CF error, after I shoot more than 25 photos with it, and I when tried to take photos with the camera after taking the card out it was working. So, my camera is safe, but I am really worried for my photos, I don’t want to loose them and side by side repair the flash card. So I tried to copy photos on to my mac tiger through the card reader, but no photos is displayed, help me?

dick11 		Your compact flash card is no more working and this has made the photos inaccessible. For their restoration or get their accessible form back, digital photo recovery software can be used. Check the software compatibility with your mac tiger. After the photos are recovered, format of the memory card is recommended, this is most likely to solve your problem, otherwise seek support from canon.

jennifer 		CF error displayed on display screen of canon digital camera signifies certain complexity with your compact flash memory card used. If you are getting this it is advised to switch off the camera in earliest possible time. After the camera is switched off, take the card out and reinsert it to check whether this resolves the problem or not. If it is not so that means that the flash card is malfunctioning or is inoperable, which calls the need of memory card format. In severe destruction you may have to replace the flash card to suitably escape from such an error. But you don’t need to worry for the photos at all as their recovery is indeed possible with application of photo recovery for Mac software especially designed to work on Mac machines.
