What does 0xc0000034 error mean, as encountered while installing Windows vista SP1?

I wanted more hardware and software support, that is why I decided to switch over to Windows Vista but very annoying situation occurred meanwhile when execution of stage 3 means after second reboot, system failed to start showing “error:0xc0000034” on black screen, although no difficulty was faced in running setup for stage1 and stage2. Can I get rid of this problem, please tell me how?

jerry0 		Following steps will take you out of this situation. First of all system is to be booted with Vista recovery CD, select language, and mark startup repair option from system recovery menu. During the process data recovery vista ask for restoration of system data, clicking on yes button, starts automatic restoration. In some cases manual system restoration may be required, this takes your system is original working state.
But if you fail to achieve success from above processes, format the hard drive and reinstall service pack2 of vista, and then restore data from backup.
