Video was not cropped by MTS converter tool! ?

When I was cropping the video file of MTS I was surprised because the file which I was cropping was not cropped perfectly. The final video was having blackish part which was giving very ugly appearance. How it should be removed? If it is software then tell me about the OS required? I have windows XP but in future I want to switch to Mac.

rihana 		Maximum video files have the problem of blackish part. These black parts are shown on the side of the video files. The MTS video converter is the software which cuts the part which is not required by the user. The software also manages the setting of the visual look of the file. There are advance features of the MTS converter software.
