There is an Error Log while doing Backup from Mac. ?

I have a MacBook Pro which is backing up to a Time capsule and every time this backs up my Mac slow down. This slows down it to such an extent that everything get freeze 1-3 seconds roughly even 20-30 seconds. This is just making very hard at all to do anything within my MacBook. This is the error log that I see from most hourly backups.

Now I need to save my Mac files, so how can I make a Backup of Mac OS.
