The output video screen is not clear enough, what to do ?

I had used Media Video Converter to convert the HD video file into 3GP format. But the video screen is not clear enough. Can I use certain settings to improve its quality?

freidadcosta 		Media video converter is a HD video converter. The default settings which it offered for the 3GP output are requested by the most of the mobile phones. If you want to have the better quality, then instead of "h.263"you can choose "mpeg4" as the video codec, and you can also set the larger number for the video size and video bit rate. I am sure that these settings will produce your file with the better quality. But be sure that these settings can work also with the phone.
