Procedure of transferring a converted file from media converter to my iPod. ?

I had got the converted MP3 files but does anyone know the process to put it on iPod? I really have no idea for how to put the MP3 files on my iPod. Please help me so I can make it play and listen on my iPod.

Stefen 		When you need to convert the MP3 files in iPod than you can simply use the iPod File Converter. For making a conversion you can drag the mp4 video into iTunes.
