Microsoft Outlook 2007 slow performance issue when configured to Exchange Server? What are the causes of the slow performance of my outlook 2007 file?

I installed Microsoft Outlook 2007 in the month of February. I am in trouble while accessing email messages, moving email messages, receiving emails, synchronizing with exchange server. I want to know the causes of slow performance of Microsoft Outlook 2007 PST.

jerry1 		The performance issued of Outlook 2007 files mainly caused by following reasons:

Insufficient system requirements for the Outlook 2007

Due to large site of personal storage files or offline folder files

Gadgets that show your Outlook data

Computer with a first generation solid state drive or slow rotational hard drive (HDD)

Storage of many files in one folder

Unusual add-ins installation

Outlook integration with communicator enabled

Antivirus software integration with outlook

Windows desktop search

I recommend you to install Outlook 2007 Service Pack (SP1). The application includes changes in performance issues. If your PST folder is more than two GB the use Split PST application to split large pst file. Remove all gadgets that you installed to show your Outlook data.
