Looking for software that helps to convert flash videos to Swf and Mp4?

I want to convert the flash videos either to Swf, Mp4 and MPG. For this I have tried many other convert but a single one has become able to convert the flash videos with perfection. Every time there occur some problems that are unable to convert with perfection.
