How to transfer the songs from iPod to new computer?

My old computer has been crashed and due to this now I am using new computer. As such my iPod has been paired (sync) with my old computer, so I want to ask that is it possible to transfer songs from my iPod to iTunes.

cathee 		It will be better not to sync your iPod with your new computer because iPod can be sync only once with the computers iTunes otherwise the iPod file may get erased. To perform this task you will have to use other tools to achieve the desired result. For this you will have to use any backup software to backup all the music and videos. And you may also use the iPod transfer software and for that follow this:
• Transfer ipod files to your system.
• Then transfer iPod files to new iPod.
• Then transfer iPod files to iTunes.
• Then you will have to manage your iPod like movable hard drive and then you can easily transfer from iPod to iPhone, iPod to iPod, iPod to computer, iPod to iTunes.
