How to solve the issue of black screen on start up in Windows Vista?

My problem is whenever I try to boot Vista it hangs up with a black screen at start up. And when I try to restart my system by pressing F8 prior the progress indicator appears and choose the safe mode option the problem still overcomes. So what to do now? How can I solve the issue?

The main reason behind the issue is the file system corruption in the $Txf directory. This corruption leads to a deadlock situation between the Autocheck and the Txf (Transactional NTFS) process. This odd behavior of Vista might cause damage to your file system and also leads to a severe data loss situation.

So, in order to solve out the issue you need to replace damaged file system with new one. However this procedure requires hard drive formatting and reinstallation of Microsoft Windows Vista. Hard drive formatting will solve all suh issues. Well it will lead to data loss. But you need not to worry as you can easily recovery your data with the assist of recovery vista software program. There are many vista recovery software available out there in market from where you can buy.
