Nokia 6600 or Nokia nGage reject the corrupted media. There would be many reasons for your card corruption like error (damage) in file system, removing card while it is in use, using one card is in different media. If your memory card is invalid or corrupted than mobile will offer you to format your memory card.
To format your memory card you need a Windows PC or Mac system, one memory card reader. Nowadays many new laptops and desktop PCs come with integrated Multi-format memory card readers. Connect your memory card reader to PC. Windows will recognize the device. Now insert your MobyMemory card in to right slot of the card reader. Now open Window Explorer or just like same in Mac. There is one icon present for removal drive. Right click on the icon, it provides the option of formatting the drive. Select it and then a format dive dialog will appear.
Most of the mobile phone use FAT file system in their memory card. Make sure that you click on Format Now not on the Quick Format as this will not restore the file system space byte by bytes, rather it only reset the header information so the drive thins it is empty again but this will not solve the problem of corruption.
Now you formatted your memory card. But all yours data stored in memory card gone forever but donot worry you can recover them back if you have backup or if not then use software for memory card recovery which easily and completely recover your all data from memory card even after formatting.
