How to get rid of iPhone/ iPod error 13213?

When I tried to sync my photos with iTunes 8, unknown error (13213) pops up that iPhone couldn’t be synced. Some of my friends said to turn the iPhone off, and restart iTunes again then try to Synced photos. I did three times but still nothing. I am also looking to backup my iPhone data.

johnrobat 		If you are looking solution of syncing your iPhone or iPod due to unknown error 13213, and power off of iPhone/ iTunes 8 restart don’t fix your problem then try Genius off switching feature. Just go to the store and turn Off Genius. I found this solution on the website crunchgear.com. Your problem is backup solution. It’s not big problem today. Software like iPhone backup tool is the best solution to create backup files into your personal computer. The software transfers iPhone data to computer easily. By using this software you can easily backup iPhone songs, videos, photos, images etc to computer.
