Getting Error Number: 0x800ccc0d in outlook express. What to do?

I was receiving email in an outlook express and the following error message Error Number: 0x800ccc0d was displayed on my monitor. I don't know the reason of the problem. Can anyone help me in solving this situation?

freidadcosta 		This error generally occurs when Microsoft outlook express is unable to make a connection with the email server. It may be of many reasons. Some of them are-
1) The settings of your account are incorrect
2) Your email server may be temporarily not available
3) The installation of the outlook express is damaged
4) The outlook express was uninstalled from your system

To solve this problem first check the Internet connection. Then do the verifications of the account settings. If the problem is still there then you can start the outlook in the safe mode. Then create the new email profile. You can also delete some of your wanted messages from the mailbox. You can check the antivirus vendor's website for the extra suggestions. If you don't want to do all these steps then you may use software such as Kernel outlook PST repair to solve your problem.
