Does any converter software have any functionality to lower the Capture Speed while converting SWF files?

I have converted some of the SWF files with high capture speed using other converters of SWF files, but as those software’s don’t have any provision to alter the Capture Speed I have lost most of the video frames as a result my video is looking distorted. So do you know any such software using which I can lower the Capture Speed of the video.

johnsharp 		Capture Speed is very important thing while you are converting any SWF file. It is because low Capture Speed can avoid frame loss and if you will get proper frames then your converted video quality will also be good. If you don’t have very advanced CPU or your Flash file is CPU intensive, then please lower the Capture Speed it will not affect your playback speed. The converter software that supports Capture Speed alteration is SWF Converter which will help to lower the Capture Speed and you will get excellent video quality after conversion.
