Can I recover data lost during logical crash?

My system underwent a logical crash last day and has now been repaired but my documents files is no where in the system, can I get them back using some recovery tools but I am worried as I don't have sound technical skills?

jerry0 		In logical crashes data is actually present on the drive, only they become inaccessible and thus their retrieval is possible after extracting original data from the files, however manual implementation of this work seems difficult or impossible. But advent of data recovery XP by stellar phoenix has made it possible. These are easy to use software and does not necessitate on having sound or prior technical knowledge. Complete and quick recovery is now possible.
