“The Fixed Media is full, you cannot make a backup of all the specified data.” What this message indicates ?

I was creating a Backup of MS Office 2007 files on my Laptop which has Window Vista as OS. Suddenly the above error started getting displayed. Then I have clicked on the Help button for knowing the cause. But no results. From then my Backup files are not getting opened. What this error means and how this can be recovered?

The Message simply indicates that your disk has no enough space for making a backup of the MS Office 2007 Files. Either you need to erase some of the files or go for another disk for saving the Backup of MS Office files. This message simply shows that there is no adequate space for the backup of Microsoft Office files. You can opt for the Microsoft Office Tools for making the recovery of entire Backup Files. However you can also make use of MS Backup Repair of MS Word 2007, with this you can get all the Backup files recovered. The Advanced Feature of MS Office 2007 can better help you in making the recovery of Backup Files of MS Office.
